The minimum initial investment in the Bristlemoon Global Fund is $100,000.

Wholesale Investor Requirements

Investing in the Fund requires you to qualify as a Wholesale Investor. You can meet this requirement in one of the following ways:

Invest $500,000 or more, which automatically confers wholesale status, or
Provide a Qualified Accountant's Certificate confirming either:
- Net assets of at least $2.5 million, or
- Gross income of at least $250,000 for each of the last two financial years
